WHY A PROFESSIONAL SANTA SESSION?

More Than a Picture With Santa

There are plenty of opportunities to visit Santa during the Christmas season. A professional Santa mini session is different because the entire experience is designed around creating beautiful photographs of your child.

Instead of a quick snapshot in a busy shopping center, you’ll have a scheduled appointment in a professional photography studio, with beautiful lighting and a photographer focused on capturing your child’s personality.

You’ll receive a gallery of finished portraits rather than just one photograph.

And years from now, you’ll have more than a Christmas picture.

You’ll have a memory of what Christmas was like with your child, just as they are now.

My studio space is likely too limited for family photos with Santa, but it’s often helpful to have one parent prepared to be in the photos with their child if the child is extra shy around Santa.

That’s completely normal! Some children need time to warm up to Santa. I’ll work with your child’s comfort level and capture genuine moments rather than forcing them into a particular pose.

Holiday dresses, sweaters, velvet, pajamas, plaid, neutrals, and traditional Christmas colors all photograph beautifully. Coordinating sibling outfits rather than making them identical usually creates a timeless look.
