Hi! I’m Rebecca with Rebecca Kayne Photography and I’m so excited that you’re planning a newborn photo session. Your portraits of your little baby will be something you cherish forever.

These luxury newborn sessions have been created with mom in mind. Every step is designed to help you look and feel gorgeous for these first professional photos with your baby, and to make the process as simple as possible. Each session includes:

Every newborn session includes professional hair and makeup for mom. This means you don’t have to worry about getting ready for your session ahead of time, and you’ll look absolutely stunning in your portraits with baby.

You’ll have access to my client closet with boutique gowns to wear throughout the session. Choose one for your family portraits, and maybe a few more for your mom and baby photos as well. This is your moment to get beautiful photos with your baby, and we’ll make sure you look amazing for them!

My studio has all kinds of props, wraps and outfits so you don’t have to worry about purchasing anything special for your baby beforehand. We’ll set up a design session where you can look over what I have and choose your favorites. Then I’ll have them styled and ready for your session.

I have spent countless hours on photography education specifically about working with newborns, through annual Milky Way Newborn Retreats and courses from the fabulous Kelly Brown Newborn Photographer. I’ll make sure we not only get beautiful images of your little one, but that baby stays safe throughout the process.

These courses help me stay on the cutting edge of what is trending in newborn and maternity photography, and help me keep my studio stocked with props and outfits that are in style (as well as some that are timeless).

My assistant provides an extra level of safety as she stays right near baby while I’m taking the photos. She also does amazing at helping wiggly kids, and is a second set of eyes on outfits and hair so we can make sure you are all looking your best!

I’ve selected my favorite products from the best photography labs around the world, with samples you can check out during your studio session and order during your gallery reveal.

I’m constantly keeping my ear to the ground in the photography world, and when I come across new products I think clients will love, I test them out for you! Access to Heirloom Quality Products for Your Home

I love to provide beautiful heirloom products for your home that you can enjoy for years to come. The quality of your print products is high determined by the quality of the lab you use to print. As a photographer, I have access to the best labs around the world and love passing on these amazing albums and wall art options to my clients. I provide samples of these products in my studio so you can see and touch these products before you order them, ensuring you get the perfect products for your family.

A Large Selection of Props / Wraps & Outfits

When you schedule a newborn session in my studio, you gain access to my entire closet full of beautiful props, outfits and wraps for baby to use. In wrapped sessions (Petite), baby will remain wrapped in order to keep your little one nice and calm, moving quickly (which is important during mini sessions) to get as many sweet poses of your baby as possible. In full sessions (Deluxe and Standard) we will get a mix of portraits with baby wrapped and in outfits (as baby allows. Every session is dependent on baby cooperation).

Custom Design Session & Gallery Reveal

Every session also includes a Custom Design Session and a Gallery Reveal.

Your Design Session will take place before your session and will give you a chance to visit the studio, talk about your home and what your vision is for your portraits, and choose the outfits, themes and colors you’d like to use in your session. This gives you time to look at products and customize your session before the actual day of- ensuring your portrait day is stress-free and we get you everything you’d like in your session.

Your Gallery Reveal takes place 5-14 days following your session. You’ll view your portraits in a beautiful slideshow, and then we’ll go through your portraits together and work together to find the perfect products for your home. The Gallery Reveal is where you will purchase your digital and print products.

Do you want a newborn session without any products, with just the digital files?
This package includes everything in the Standard Newborn Package, but instead of a minimum product purchase you’ll just pay a set package fee.
2 weeks following your session you’ll be emailed your complete edited gallery of High Resolution Digital Files (at least 50) and a Print Release
